Payment of your order can be done with Paypal or credit card. If you don't have either of those, you can contact us using the Contact form and we can find another solution.
We don't send any invoices or payment information with orders.
We can deliver to most corners of the globe with Swiss Priority post after payment was received. Cards and posters are wrapped carefully and shipped in a sturdy envelope.
We will deal with your order promptly, but please allow 21 days for delivery for international shipments. We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments.
As packages cross borders they may need to go through customs. Usually this happens very quickly and does not affect the shipping time for your order. However, every now and then it can cause a delay. Unfortunately this is out of our control. Items being shipped could be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as imposed by the country the product is being imported to. The customer is responsible to pay the import duties and taxes incurred by customs when the product reaches the country of destination.
If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email and we will get working on it right away.
If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, and your local post office was not able to help, drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.
Please note lifeonmars cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once despatched, both within Switzerland and when being posted.
Our priority is to keep our customers happy and we want you to love your purchase.
Yet, if you're not satisfied with your item, please get in touch with us. You may return your products within 10 days from the date you received it. The product must be returned complete, unused and in the original packaging. Upon return we refund the price of the product excluding the shipping costs.
Our “Custom order” option allows you to customize some lifeonmars* items with your own ideas and colors. Send us an email and we will do all that we can to create a one-of-a-kind token of affection exactly as you envision!
Nothing beats giving a sweet gift from the comfort of your living room and lifeonmars* is here to help. Simply indicate that your order is a gift with a short message in the "Note to Monica Kremer" field prior to checkout, including your personalized message to the recipient. We'll type your note on a complimentary card and wrap your gift in butcher paper. Then, at checkout, enter the gift recipient's shipping address.
We will do our best to reply to your emails as soon as possible, and in maximum 48 hours (office hours), except if the shop is closed (we will say it on the site!). Depending on your request, some extra delays can apply, and especially if it means we have to search for the information (suppliers, transporters and other partners we work with).
